Therapeutic Rehabilitation Groups (TRP)
The aim of Anchor of Hope’s Therapeutic Rehabilitation Groups (TRP) is to help alleviate symptoms and behaviors associated with mental health and substance abuse diagnoses. Our goal is to help individuals help themselves and to realize that there is more to life than what they’re going through in this moment and that by being anchored to hope they can achieve their goals in life.

What is a Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program (TRP)?

A therapeutic rehabilitation program (TRP) is an intensive skill-building program that focuses on social, personal, emotional, crisis, coping and daily living skills. Our goal is to assist in reducing the impact of mental health and substance abuse challenges that individuals are facing so they can function at their best possible level within their own home, work, and community settings.
At Anchor of Hope, we operate our therapeutic rehabilitation program in a group setting with a maximum number of 8 clients per group. We use a variety of techniques that help our clients learn the skills they need to be successful in various aspects of their lives: family, vocation, social interactions, spiritual, self-esteem, and more. Through the skill-building and psychoeducational interventions that we use, our clients gain insight and education which help them think and change behaviors in order to focus on goals that help them build a brighter future.
